Un jury américain se mutine!

Est-ce que les américains vont réaliser ce que leurs politiciens ne veulent pas réaliser? Soit décriminaliser la possession de petite quantité de marijuana. Une juge du Montana n'a pu trouver un jury pour convaincre quelqu’un de possession d'un seizième d'once de marijuana. Les jurés qui avaient été choisi se sont mutinés. Ils trouvaient que les politiciens perdaient leurs temps à poursuivre quelqu'un pour une aussi petite quantité de drogue. D'autres avaient des objections philosophiques. Donc sur 27 jurés, la juge n'a pas trouvé la quantité nécessaire pour amener l'accusé en cours et celui ci n'a pas eu à subir de procès pour cette infraction. Je trouve cela intéressant pour plusieurs raisons, entre autre parce que les jurys n'étaient pas des jeunes gens et que ce la change ma perception des américains moyens pour le mieux!!!!
